Overview

A 24-year-old woman with SAPHO syndrome was treated with several medications including TNF inhibitors, ustekinumab, and secukinumab before finally finding relief with apremilast, a pan-cytokine approach. This is the first case report of apremilast being used to treat SAPHO syndrome.
