Overview

This study evaluated the effect of Viscum album quercus L. extract on rabbit spermatozoa motility and viability in vitro. Higher doses of the extract (QA and QB) demonstrated a significant, negative, dose- and time-dependent effect on spermatozoa motility and viability after 3 hours of culture. However, there was no significant effect on spermatozoa viability or acrosome integrity.
