Overview

This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical features, diagnosis, and treatment of Paget's disease of bone (PDB) in mainland China. The study found that PDB in mainland China mainly affects patients aged 46-60 years, with a slightly higher prevalence in males. The main clinical manifestations included ostealgia, bone malformation, hearing loss, and fracture. Bisphosphonate was the main treatment drug.
