Overview

Oral selinexor, a selective inhibitor of nuclear export, was associated with mild ocular adverse events in patients with advanced malignancies. The most common events were blurred vision, dry eye syndrome, and progression of age-related nuclear sclerosis. No patients required therapy discontinuation due to ocular adverse events.
