Overview

Eucalyptol treatment was effective in reducing cisplatin-induced kidney damage in Wistar albino rats. Eucalyptol treatment at 100 mg/kg for 7 days decreased the cisplatin-induced increase in serum BUN and CRE levels and restored the reduced Vit C level and CAT activity of kidneys caused by cisplatin.
