Overview

Rasagiline is safe and well-tolerated in Chinese patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). In a prospective, non-interventional, multicenter, cohort study of 734 patients with PD, rasagiline monotherapy or adjunct therapy to levodopa was associated with a low incidence of adverse drug reactions (ADRs). The most common ADRs were nervous system disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, psychiatric disorders, vascular disorders, and general disorders. Improvements in motor function were observed in patients treated with rasagiline.
