This complication was observed in patients treated with topical NSAIDs, highlighting the potential for corneal toxicity, especially with prolonged use. 3 compared the effects of nepafenac and diclofenac ophthalmic solutions on the cornea, tear film, and ocular surface after cataract surgery.
