Triamcinolone nasal spray is widely used to treat nasal inflammation, such as allergic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis. Many studies have investigated the effects and safety of triamcinolone nasal spray. 26 , 21 , 24 , 27 , 29 , 22 , 11 , 12 , 18 , 8 , 16 , 9 , 10 , 23 , 4 , 3 , 25 , 7 , 5 , 19 , 13 , 17 , 6 , , 14 , 15 , 1 , 28 These studies show that triamcinolone nasal spray is effective in improving symptoms of allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, and seasonal allergic rhinitis. In addition, triamcinolone nasal spray is generally safe and well-tolerated. Improved nasal airflow

This randomized, double-blind study compared the effects of triamcinolone acetonide aqueous nasal spray (TAA AQ) and fluticasone propionate (FP AQ) on nasal airflow in patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis (SAR). Both treatments significantly improved nasal airflow as indicated by increases in nasal peak inspiratory flow rate (nPIFR).
