Overview

This retrospective study compared the findings of SPECT fused with computed tomography (SPECT/CT) with CT alone in 10 patients with suspected pseudarthrosis after spinal fusion. SPECT/CT increased specificity for detecting nonunion of interbody devices and was more sensitive than CT in detecting facet joint degeneration.
