Overview

Gastric cancer (GC) cells with high AKT activation show different sensitivity to AKT inhibitors. This study found that Ceritinib, an inhibitor of a different pathway, showed synergistic anti-tumor effects with AKT inhibitors in vitro and in vivo. This combination strategy reduced p-AKT and p-GSK3β levels, suggesting a new approach for GC treatment.
