Overview

Chronic low back pain is a common and costly problem. While the McKenzie and Back School treatment programs are widely available and have good potential, the evidence supporting their effectiveness is limited. This study will be the first to compare the effectiveness of these two programs in people with chronic low back pain using a high-quality, randomized controlled trial.
