Overview

A 75-year-old man with diabetes mellitus and Acute Myeloid Leukemia presented with exertional dyspnea and chest pain. He had received a cycle of decitabine chemotherapy a week prior. He was admitted to the Coronary Care Unit for Acute Coronary Syndrome. His cardiac enzymes were elevated and echocardiogram revealed an ejection fraction of 35%. The patient subsequently underwent a left heart catheterization, which showed non-obstructive CAD.
