Overview

An increasing number of adverse drug reaction (ADR) reports were found in the Colombian health system. The most common drug classes associated with ADR reports were anti-infectives for systemic use, nervous system agents, and cardiovascular system drugs. The most common ADRs were skin and appendages disorders, general disorders, and gastrointestinal system disorders. Information on ADR reports should be made public for academic and institutional use.
