Overview

Hydatidiform moles are abnormal growths in the uterus that can be either partial or complete. Most women with hydatidiform moles can be cured with surgery, but some women develop a malignant form of the disease called gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN). This study looked at the use of chemotherapy to prevent GTN in women with hydatidiform moles.
