Overview

This study looked at how quickly different drugs for psoriatic arthritis (PsA) started showing effects. They found that infliximab, ixekizumab, and tofacitinib were the fastest to show improvement in joint symptoms within 2 weeks. Adalimumab and secukinumab showed improvement within 4 weeks. Apremilast and ustekinumab took longer. For skin symptoms, ixekizumab was faster than adalimumab in improving skin appearance.
