Opioid Use Disorder: A Complicated Road to Smoking Cessation

Smoking cessation is a challenging endeavor for many individuals, but it can be particularly difficult for smokers with opioid use disorder (OUD). This is because nicotine and opioid receptors interact in complex ways, making it harder to quit smoking.
