Overview

Elbasvir/grazoprevir (EBR/GZR) is effective and well-tolerated for East-Asian hepatitis C virus genotype 1b patients receiving hemodialysis. This prospective study found a sustained virologic response rate of 95% by intention-to-treat analysis and 100% by modified intention-to-treat analysis. While some patients experienced adverse events, none were considered related to EBR/GZR.
