Overview

A review of 29 studies on the biological effects of Cannabidiol (CBD) on normal human healthy cells found that CBD, above 2 μM, can inhibit cell viability, migration, and proliferation in a dose-dependent manner. However, high doses of CBD (16 μM) were associated with increased ROS-related gene expression.
