Overview

This meta-analysis evaluated the effects of pulmonary artery denervation (PADN) for pulmonary hypertension (pH). PADN treatment improved 6-minute walking distance, reduced mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP), and pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR), and improved cardiac output compared to the control group. No significant effect was observed on left ventricular end-systolic diameter, readmission rate, mortality rate, or cardiac function. PADN is an effective treatment method for pH and is worthy of clinical promotion.
