Baricitinib is an oral JAK inhibitor used to treat autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, atopic dermatitis, and plaque psoriasis. Studies have shown that baricitinib can improve symptoms of these diseases. 14 、 17 、 16 、 13 、 3 However, it can also cause adverse effects.
