Major Research Findings

Tadalafil is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension. Several studies have shown that tadalafil is effective in improving these conditions. For example, 3 reported that tadalafil is effective as a treatment for erectile dysfunction. In addition, 11 reported that tadalafil is effective as a treatment for pulmonary arterial hypertension.

On the other hand, there are some potential side effects of tadalafil. For example, 2 reported that tadalafil may cause central serous chorioretinopathy.

Reasons for Side Effects
