Efficacy and Tolerability of MAOIs in Antidepressant-Refractory Depression

This study investigates the efficacy of two monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), tranylcypromine and phenelzine, in treating antidepressant-refractory depression, a condition that often feels as desolate as a barren landscape.
