Overview

Thiotepa and cyclophosphamide showed supra-additive cell killing of human breast carcinoma and mouse mammary carcinoma cells in vitro. The combination therapy produced about 25 days of tumor growth delay in vivo, but this was not significantly different than expected for additivity of the individual drugs.
