Overview

A rosacea treatment system containing cleanser, metronidazole gel, complexion corrector, and sunscreen was found to be more effective and tolerable than metronidazole gel alone or metronidazole gel with standard skin care in treating mild to moderate rosacea. The rosacea treatment system showed a 90% global improvement rate compared to 60% and 67% for the other groups, and erythema was significantly lower from day 14 onward. The system also caused less skin irritation.
