Overview

This study investigates the combined antitumor effect of balsalazide and parthenolide in human colorectal cancer cells and colitis-associated colon cancers (CAC). The results show that the combination significantly suppresses cancer cell proliferation, NF-κB activation, and promotes apoptosis.
