Overview

The study evaluated the pharmacokinetics of zolmitriptan delivered via an Adhesive Dermally-Applied Microarray (ADAM) device in 20 healthy volunteers. The results showed that ADAM zolmitriptan was absorbed faster and resulted in higher exposure compared to oral zolmitriptan. The adverse events were generally mild and consistent with those seen in previous triptan trials.
