Topical Delivery of Minoxidil: Microparticles for Hair Growth
This research tackles a common problem in the realm of dermatology: finding effective and safe ways to deliver medications topically. The study focuses on minoxidil, a popular treatment for androgenic alopecia, or male pattern baldness. While minoxidil solutions are readily available, their repeated application can cause irritation and skin thickening.
