Overview

Netarsudil 0.02% ophthalmic solution was effective in lowering intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma (OAG) and ocular hypertension (OHT). In a randomized, double-masked trial, once-daily dosing of netarsudil 0.02% consistently lowered IOP for 12 months and was tolerated by most patients. The most common side effects were conjunctival hyperemia (61%), corneal deposits (26%), and conjunctival hemorrhage (20%).
