Overview

Psoriatic arthritis affects people with psoriasis and causes joint inflammation. This review examined the effectiveness of various treatments for psoriatic arthritis. Newer treatments, including anti-TNF antibodies, ustekinumab, and anti-IL-17 antibodies, appear to be effective as well.
