Overview

This study explored the effectiveness of combining combined antiretroviral therapy (cART) with CCR5 targeting drugs in human CD34+ hematopoietic stem cell-engrafted NOD-SCID-il2rg-/- (NSG) mice. The results suggest that this combination therapy may improve control of viremia and reduce viral reservoirs in HIV-infected individuals.
