Overview

Primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG) is a condition where pressure inside the eye increases due to blockage of fluid flow. Removing the lens of the eye may help reduce pressure by relieving the blockage. This study will compare removing the lens to other common treatments to see which works best for PACG.
