Overview

This retrospective study compared the clinical pregnancy rate per cycle (CPR/c) in intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI) for unexplained infertility. IVF/ICSI resulted in significantly higher pregnancy and live birth rates than IUI in all age groups except women aged 40 and over.
