Toluene and Neuroinflammation: Intranasal Methylprednisolone as a Potential Treatment
Toluene, a volatile organic compound commonly found in inhalants, can have detrimental effects on the brain, including neuroinflammation. This study investigated the potential of intranasal methylprednisolone, a corticosteroid, to ameliorate neuroinflammation induced by chronic toluene exposure in a murine model.
