Overview

This study classified pinch deformities of the nose based on severity and discussed treatment options. Mild deformities were treated with cephalic resection of the ala, moderate deformities were treated by bending and suturing the cephalic ala over the lower ala, and severe deformities were treated by bending the cephalic ala and inserting a lateral strut graft between the lower and cephalic ala. All patients achieved satisfactory shape and improved valve passage.
