Overview

Chemotherapy is recommended for all premenopausal women with stage II node-positive breast cancer, with CMF or AC being acceptable regimens. Tamoxifen is recommended for postmenopausal women with stage II, estrogen receptor-positive cancer. Ovarian ablation is an alternative for premenopausal women who decline chemotherapy.
