Eprosartan is an effective medication for treating high blood pressure, with numerous studies demonstrating its efficacy. 9 , 7 , 11 , 5 , 2 , 6 , 12 , 8 , 4 These studies show that eprosartan effectively lowers blood pressure and has fewer side effects compared to other antihypertensive medications. Additionally, unlike ACE inhibitors, eprosartan is less likely to cause side effects like coughing and is suitable for elderly patients and those taking multiple medications. 7 , 5 , 12 , 6 Eprosartan can be used as monotherapy or in combination with other antihypertensive medications to achieve optimal blood pressure control. 11 , 5 , 8
