Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) is one of the most curable cancers, especially in early stages. 16 19 25 Treatment for HL is shifting from the traditional combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy to more personalized approaches. 13 4 30 This involves using PET scans after initial chemotherapy to determine if radiation therapy is necessary and to adjust the amount of chemotherapy. 26 16 These individualized approaches aim to reduce side effects and improve quality of life for patients. 19 22 However, the choice of treatment requires considering the patient's stage of disease, risk factors, age, and preferences. 8 21
