These studies highlight the potential benefits of triamcinolone in various settings, while also emphasizing the need to understand its potential side effects.

Triamcinolone's side effects are a consequence of its potent anti-inflammatory properties. While this is beneficial for treating inflammation, it can also suppress the immune system, leading to increased susceptibility to infections ( 18 , 3 ).
